Targeted to teens, this brochure was designed
to feature practical ways to keep
healthy and look good
including a health and fitness quiz, tips on portion
control, and exercise suggestions and recommendations.
The design needed to be visually
interesting yet be easily
read by urban teens. We opted to use a small pocket-sized
format in English and Spanish.
