Research indicated that a high number of families
facing health crises are often confused by the myriad
of health care choices available to them. When it comes
to taking care of an elderly family member, a recommendation
from a health care provider is critical. Outdoor media
gave VNACJ the space to be bold and concise. Rolling
out the “Now What” strategy in key locations built name
recognition and provided an attitude that families facing
home care issues could relate to.
