Susan Mach
VP Public Relations
Susan Mach is a seasoned communications
professional with extensive
experience in Global Corporate Citizenship, including serving
as Co-Chair
of the Conference Board's Global Corporate Citizenship conference.
Susan served major clients, including
AT&T, Ford, Lucent
Technologies,
New York Life, Siemens, Sprint, Toyota, IBM and Time Warner.
She
counseled leaders in the nonprofit sector, including The
Rockefeller
Foundation, The Asian American Federation of NY, The Asian
Pacific
American Women´s Leadership Institute, The International
Rescue
Committee, City University of New York, and the NAACP Legal
and
Educational Defense Fund.
For 10 years as a public relations
manager at AT&T, she
developed
expertise in media relations, employee communications, annual
reports,
publications, executive speechwriting, public policy and
global mergers
and acquisitions. While at AT&T, she was director of
consumer affairs,
managing the corporation's relationships with leading consumer
advocacy groups.
Susan has a bachelor´s degree in English
and a master´s in social sciences,
both from Montclair State University. She also has a Ph.D.
from Bryn Mawr
College, where she won a Whiting Fellowship for her dissertation
research.
Susan is an adjunct professor at New York University Stern
School of
Business, where she teaches management communication to undergraduate
students and MBA candidates, and Rutgers University Faculty
of Management. |
